On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, the Educational Association of University Centers and the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration, will be hosting a webinar highlighting one EDA University Center and how it’s activities translate into responses on EDA’s new GPRA semi-annual questionnaire (ED-916). This webinar will provide University Centers with a refresher on EDA’s new non-infrastructure metrics GPRA reporting processes and hear directly from one UC about how they completed their first questionnaire. Join us to potentially learn some tips and best practices that might inform your next GPRA submission!

Introduction about the EDA University Center GPRA Process- Bernadette Grafton, Program Analyst and University Center Coordinator at U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration, will provide a refresher of the GRPA reporting process and the new questionnaires.
Jeffrey Rupp, Director, Center for Entrepreneurship & Outreach, Mississippi State University
Jeffrey Rupp will provide an overview on his program at Mississippi State University, how it’s serving his region, and how his program responded to the GRPA ED-916 questionnaire. He will connect the dots between program activities in the field and program reporting to EDA. He will also address any modifications he will make when completing the next semi-annual activities questionnaire.

We will also discuss two new economic development funding opportunities available to universities.
